Leadership Packets Due - April 24th  |  Leadership Auditions - April 28th and 29th

Part 01 - Application - Due by April 24th

• Complete the Leadership Packet Form

• Have 3 Teachers / Coaches complete the Recommendation Form for you

Part 02 - Service Project - Due by April 24th

• Project must be approved by a Band Director

• Service Project Ideas:

  • • Cleaning / Organizing (band room, portables, dot field trailer)

    • Posters for upcoming events

    • Recruiting Ideas for Middle Schools

Part 03 - Audition - April 28th and 29th

• 12 Major Scales Pass-Off - must be completed before the audition dates (winds / percussion students only)

• Teaching Demonstration

• Judging Panel Interview

• Conducting Portion (drum major candidates only)

DRUM MAJOR CANDIDATES

If selected as a Drum Major, you must attend the SASI Leadership Camp @Hanks HS on May 30th and 31st
